In a ground-breaking collaboration, four leading Australian healthcare software vendors have joined forces to establish an Innovation Partnership to deliver on the specific needs of a project for Wandi Nerida set to revolutionize healthcare delivery and patient experience in Australia and beyond.

Australia’s only specialist residential eating disorder recovery centre Wandi Nerida in Queensland has selected the four-vendor group to provide a state-of-the-art Digital Front Door, Patient Administration System, Digital Medical Record, and Referral-based delivery system to enable a best of breed solution. By leveraging the collective strengths of each member, the consortium will provide Wandi Nerida with a comprehensive software solution that streamlines operations, enhances communication, and optimises patient outcomes, thereby establishing a new benchmark for healthcare technology.

This unprecedented collaboration combines the expertise, innovation, and resources of:

Vitro Software will provide the Digital Medical Record (DMR), Vitro, which can be tailored to meet each hospital’s own specific needs including its unique workflows delivering optimal patient care. Altura Health’s cloud-based Patient Administration System FYDO will be implemented to streamline business processes, automate workflows, and minimise paperwork. FYDO has been designed over the last 15 years in collaboration with hospitals and now supports and powers over 175 hospitals across Australia.

Consultmed’s customisable e-referral product which has Smart-on-FHIR integration with practice management software, and a secure web-portal for healthcare providers and patients, will allow Wandi Nerida to prioritise referrals based on urgency and access criteria, whilst customising tiers and automating workflows for clinical and admin users.
