Vitro Software is thrilled to introduce two pivotal changes to its leadership team. Dr. Ruth Barnes steps into the role of CEO, while Jessie Sampson takes on the responsibilities of COO.

Dr. Ruth Barnes, who boasts a decade of experience with Vitro Software, has exemplified deep knowledge and dedication across various facets of the organisation. Her journey has been marked by the building of robust client relationships, as well as the successful delivery of Vitro's Digital Medical Record to our clients. Ruth brings a wealth of health-related expertise, holding a BSc in Pharmacology, a PhD in Biochemistry, and a career history that encompasses St James's Hospital, Novogen, and a substantial period with HealthIT company InterSystems in Australia. Her leadership arrives at a pivotal time, following her instrumental role in securing recent contracts to provide Vitro Software’s Digital Medical Record, including to Aurora Healthcare, Australia. Ruth shared her enthusiasm, stating, "I am truly honoured to lead the forthcoming growth of Vitro Software. We are equipped with a remarkable team of dedicated individuals who are integral to the next chapter of our company. I look forward to continuing my work with both our team and clients in the months ahead."

Jessie Sampson, a longstanding member of the Vitro Software family for over a decade, has been an instrumental force in the organisation's growth. Working closely with Dr. Ruth Barnes in business development, she most recently held the position of Business Operations Director. Her tenure has encompassed diverse aspects of the business working as part of the leadership team, from commercial strategy and process improvement to client relationships and business management, as well as providing invaluable support to the sales team. Jessie's background in design is complemented by an MSc in Marketing and a multifaceted career spanning public health in New Zealand, investment banking, and construction. Her appointment as COO signifies an exciting step forward for Vitro Software's continued success.

David Nash, who has provided significant leadership to Vitro Software in recent years, will continue to play a pivotal role in the company as Chairman. He is excited about the appointments of Ruth Barnes and Jessie Sampson and looks forward to supporting them in their new roles.
