Vitro Software is happy to announce the appointment of David Andrews as Vice President, Global Business Development and Client Relations. Prior to this David was responsible for all non Australian/New Zealand sales. David has a 20 year background in Business Development most recently with IBM and ’The Now Factory’.

David has spent most of his career working in high-growth, Irish-based, start-ups serving international clients. After helping create a new Customer Experience Management market in Telecoms with Arantech, David was recruited onto the management team of The Now Factory which established itself as a market leader in Customer Analytics for Mobile Data Services prior to being acquired by IBM. David has worked primarily in client-facing roles in both Business Development & Services and has a strong belief in the power of a 1-team culture to drive success.
