Vitro Software is a joint tender winner of rare disease software in the EU. The Clinical Patient Management System (CPMS) is a system to enable specialists from ERNs to exchange information to diagnose and treat patients. The European Commission has contracted OpenApp/Vitro to provide Software as a Service (SaaS) for the CPMS.
