Vitro Software will be sponsoring and exhibiting and this years HiNZ Conference in New Zealand, which is the largest digital health event in the country. Erin Bensley will be presenting a breakfast seminar on Thursday 22nd at 7.45am to discuss their Vitro journey to become a digital hospital. In 2017 over 900 delegates attended the event which was held in Rotorua, New Zealand. The 2018 event will be held between Wednesday November 21st and Friday November 23rd 2018 at the TSB Arena in Wellington.

Vitro Software has successfully implemented a digital medical record for the new Bendigo Hospital as the first stage in its journey to become a paperless hospital. The new Bendigo Hospital is a critical investment by the Victorian Government within the Loddon Mallee region and the city of Bendigo. Mr Peter Faulkner, Acting CEO Bendigo Health said “The hospital is a very technically-enabled environment and the Vitro Software platform has given the hospital the opportunity to commence its digital patient medical record journey.

We are delighted and proud to have signed a contract with the highly prestigious Nairobi Hospital in Kenya. The contract will provide a tailored EMR, to the soon-to-be 700 bed hospital, as CEO Mr. Gordon Odundo says “…it will offer tremendous value to our clinicians and enhance the quality of care to our patients.” The contract was signed today at a trade event officiated by Simon Coveney, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade. In 2016 the hospital saw almost 185,000 patients and performed almost 10,000 operations and launched an extensive expansion plan. We look forward to working with the hospital, our partner Savannah Informatics and the team to bring this project to life and positively impact staff and patients.
